I've spent the last 10+ years helping SaaS customers turn their products into real business outcomes. Currently a Senior CSM at Gorgias, where I partner with strategic merchants across Helpdesk, AI, Convert, Voice, and SMS.
The part of the job I love most is digging into a customer's business, understanding what success actually looks like for them, and building a real path to get there. I do this work with some of Gorgias's largest and most complex accounts.
I'm also an AI-first CSM. I don't just talk about AI with my customers, I build it into my own workflow, designing and deploying custom AI agents for account reviews, prep, reporting, and discovery. I help my customers do the same.

By Pele is my shop, a space I've created to pass along pieces I love. Things I no longer need, or that I feel would be more appreciated in a new home. The collection is a thoughtful mix of brand new and gently used items, mostly for the home and women, with a small selection of men's pieces from my husband's wardrobe.
For women, clothing mostly ranges from mid-size to plus-size. Most pieces are natural fibers, as I've transitioned to a mostly all-natural closet over time (with a few exceptions purchased before that shift). I'm mindful about quality, feel, and longevity.
I add pieces bit by bit. This isn't full-time, just something I do on the side because I truly enjoy it. Each item is chosen with care and offered a second life to be worn, used, and loved again.

On the surface, the work and the shop are two different worlds. Underneath, they share a belief I've held for a long time: value is everywhere if you're paying attention.
I'd rather find one well-made thing secondhand than three trendy things at retail. I bring the same care to the work, helping customers get more value from the tools they already pay for before reaching for something new.
